We equip every student with the skills, confidence and independence needed to participate confidently in further education, employment and community life, to be “Ready for Life”.
Values
At EGESC, our values—Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence—are part of everything we do. They guide how students learn in the classroom, interact in shared spaces, and connect with others across the school and wider community. These values help create a consistent, supportive environment where expectations are clear and every student feels safe, included and understood.
By embedding these values into everyday experiences, we support students to develop important life skills such as communication, responsibility and self-confidence. Whether learning, socialising or preparing for life beyond school, our students are encouraged to make positive choices, build strong relationships and take pride in their growth, developing the skills and mindset to be Ready for Life.
