EGESC has a continuous review and improvement cycle guided by our current School Plan, Annual Report and the Department of Education’s Public School Review process. Together, these documents provide clear direction for school improvement and support our ongoing commitment to high-quality education for students with diverse learning needs.
Our school priorities focus on:

Providing targeted, individualised and evidence-informed teaching and learning programs that recognise each student’s strengths, interests, goals and support needs.

Guiding Our School Forward
Through the Public-School Review process, schools receive feedback on their performance and improvement planning. This process acknowledges school achievements and provides assurance to the school community, the Minister for Education and the Director General that public schools are delivering quality education for students.
